Rose Petal Tea
Dried rose petal tea has a delicate, floral taste with a light natural sweetness and almost no bitterness. The petals are pale pink to deep red, thin and papery, keeping much of their shape once dried. Steep them in water at 205 °F (96 °C) for 5 to 8 minutes; a longer steep brings out more color without turning the cup bitter. Rose petals pair well with lemon balm, chamomile, or a spoonful of honey. They're a common addition to floral tea blends served throughout the day.
